Not 100% sure but I think it is real and if so that poor woman must have come down with a terrible bang .

You have to ask yourself would none of those people realise what was about to happen and why was it being filmed?

Probably fake, but I suppose a team building exercise like this may be filmed. The bloke on the right next to the shocked lady doesn't even flinch when the woman falls in front of him.
