lol!!! Shouldn't get his money back, he read the description and it said it was a photo and he still paid £450 for it! It's his own stupid fault. If you can get someone to pay you £10000 for your toenail clippings on ebay, well done, fair play to you, it's their fault for paying.

19 and has a 4 year old son, says it all really.

That was the part that stood out to me too. Obviously one big mistake in life wasn't enough for him. (and yeah, like it was really for his son!)

Mr Clatworthy received the photo in the post on Monday, saying: "They'd written on the back of it 'thank you for your purchase'. I was fuming."
