He's been there from the beginning hasn't he? Basically from park football to the National League. Started off as co-founder and player and he's now manager and chairman... And they've just been turned over by a team two levels below in the pyramid.

 

He's also known for demanding certain as standards, so not much of a surprise to see him going off on one.

 

12 promotions in 23 years apparently. He must be doing something right.

Got no coaching qualifications either and is proud of it as well!

You realise it was a joke, right?

 

Anyway, he's got a PhD in swearing at people from the school of hard knocks. Doesn't make him footy Einstein. Behaving like that makes him a complete pr1ck.

Apologies. Yeah absolutely, I didn't mean to burst anybody's bubble. I see the parallel :thumbup:

 

What he's done is undoubtedly impressive. Probably helps that everyone else at the club is on board. But, it wouldn't work at a higher level, and digging his players out like that could end up being his downfall.
