Trav Le Bleu Posted 21 September 2010 Share Posted 21 September 2010 Can anyone recommend some please? I do a bit of online DJing in connection to an MMO that I play and I'd quite like to mix/layer sounds and vocals to create jingles and effects. Basically I need something that can: record voice samples via mic layer effects and sounds cut samples from MP3s I already own If anyone knows a nice bit of software, freeware or commercial (but not too expensive), I'd appreciate. peterborofox Posted 21 September 2010 Share Posted 21 September 2010 Audacity is the best I have found, and its free. I've never had any problems with it either.
RedHux Posted 22 September 2010 Share Posted 22 September 2010 Audacity will do all those things no problem. I however use Adobe Audition because I find it easier to work with. Not free, but I hear tell of ways and means of getting software for nowt.....
