(don't forget to skip the ad) http://www.fifafanatic.com/fifa-10-best-young-players/ You can order it by price too, so you can pick out the cheaper young players. Meanwhile, there is also Keisuke Honda, (assuming he's not vanished off into the aether of Russian leagues in last years January transfer update). Get him for under £3mill from a Dutch club, takes a beasty free kick, quality on the left wing or in central midfield. Billy Sharp might be worth a punt up front also. The final thing to bear in mind though, is that once you've done a few seasons in Manager Mode, the game starts regenerating new players to replace the coffin dodgers who retire. It's always worth doing a search of players < 24 years old and with overalls over 75/80ish. I picked some stonking bargains this way.
