stix Posted 2 December 2010 Share Posted 2 December 2010 You could go on to the FM Base website. Others have uploaded various tactics and training methods on there for you to download and import into your game. Also has some good info on potential wonderkids/good players. Obviously not every tactic/training method is going to be awesome on there but there is a download count at the side of each tactic so you can generally see which ones are popular. lcfc"weasel" Posted 2 December 2010 Share Posted 2 December 2010 There's a huge thread on FM11 with lots of stuff about tactics etc., look through that.
Fox92 Posted 3 December 2010 Share Posted 3 December 2010 In my first season, I tried lots of different formations; 4-2-3-1 and 4-4-2 mainly. I thought 4-2-3-1 would work with Whittingham -- Wellens and then Dyer -- King -- Gallagher behind Fryatt. That didn't work. Changed to 4-4-2 and that didin't work. At the end of the season (and now my second season), I picked up great results using 4-3-3/4-5-1: Murphy Rosinior -- Hobbs -- Williams -- Berner Abe -- Wellens -- Spearing Gallagher -- Fryatt -- Dyer Now, what happens is; when at home I play 4-3-3 and when away I change it to 4-5-1. It works better than a 4-4-2 or anything else I tried. I know this isn't 4-4-2 but I gave my tactic.
