Could someone help me with a maths question, please?

How does one calculate what percentage one number is of another (for example what percentage of 2117 is 702)?

I don't require the answer to the example, rather the method used to arrive at the answer.

Divide 702 by 2117 (or whatever the numbers) then times by 100.

So 702/2117 x 100 = 33.16%

I had to have a panel resprayed after being rear-ended (not as much fun as it might sound) and there is a subtle shade difference in the new paint compared to the old. I've looked on-line and it seems this isn't unusual as the original paint will have weathered over time. The suggestion was that T-cut would help blend it in but the panels are lacquered. So... Is it possible to use T-cut to restore car paintwork that has a lacquer coating on it?

I didn't know that; but perhaps it's something to do with the blind and their guide dogs.

I always wondered why so many Labrador owners go blind.

Which station?

BBC r2 is the one that's always on at work so it's definitely aired a lot on that one.  It's a bit of a marching band-esque horn line, with one male vocalist as far as I can tell.  And it isn't Cheerleader either - it's got a heavier composition than that song.
