Was Dyche referring to us as "Moneybags Leicester" again?

Not quite. He did throw in a comment about us signing Huth in that Burnley wanted him but he was out of their wage bracket.

Tbf he is very complimentary towards us

Fair enough, will give it a listen tonight.

Lost a lot of respect for him when we both went up, he didn't seem too complimentary of us implying that we'd "bought" the league with our high spending. It's just nice to see that we have among one of the cheapest squads in the league.

i bet Huth was on a fair amount at Stoke, Leicester would have matched it, Burnley wouldn't have

Some interesting teams of the season in there

To me, that's a strong indication that either Vardy, Mahrez or Kanté will win Player of the Year.

As for Paul Wilson's Team of the Season:

Good lad. :D

I listened to that and give Dyche his due he was very complimentary about us.

I believe he has a new target in his sights this year in "Moneybags" Middlesbrough.

I like his reasoning as well:

"As for the team of the top four, you only have to look at the league table for the answer. As Claudio Ranieri said after the last win at Manchester City, Leicester have a true team mentality, they work as an 11 and fight for each other on the pitch. Hence the five point gap. It would be easy to decorate a fantasy line-up with a Sergio Agüero or a Mezut Özil, but that would be to miss the whole point."

It seems every other article on my Facebook feed is some third party thing to do with Leicester City... The above made me cringe a bit initially, but it's actually quite well done.

An opinion piece on Robbie Savage.

I don't mind him too much because he's an easy target and he gets a lot of undeserved stick, but I didn't know he tweeted that. Cock.

I find it hard to take serious the opinions of a grown man whose mother still takes him to the football.

a weird article but he has a point. savage distanced himself from anything to do with us in the ten years after he left, and i remember articles saying he was basically a derby fan because he loved his time there way more than he did with us. then every time we're in the news he makes sure everyone knows he LOVES leicester. bin.
