syston_fox Posted 12 December 2011 Share Posted 12 December 2011 They'll have had to honour those purchasing it at £17.99 though? The £17.99 was intentional and they had a limited number available - they've been doing some very good offers over December building up to christmas. They are, however, not obliged to honour a price online if it is an error. It's a common myth that if something is labelled as a price then the supplier has to honour it. Even in a shop if something is labelled as 99p instead of £9.99, the shop doesn't have to honour the 99p price tag. The majority of the time they will but they don't legally have to. CupidStunt Posted 13 December 2011 Author Share Posted 13 December 2011 no way £17.99 was intentional, a few sites have been making boobs, Tesco corrected a few also, they had BF3 at £18, now its back up to £30 after a few hours
