Jimmy Posted 11 February 2012 Share Posted 11 February 2012 I keep getting error messages saying "android.process.media" has stopped working, it won't let me tell HTC about it and when I press force close the white HTC screen comes up and I get the same all over again. I'm also getting error messages for multiple apps and when i try to download security software it restarts the phone with out asking. What can I do to solve this?
