When disc inserted and message comes up slide an envelope into the gap at the top of disc tray and move it back and forth, side to side for about 30 secs. It cleans something inside, helped mine for ages! 2nd. As you insert disc push on the tray and down on the xbox, seems to work as well Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
