To be honest I'm going to give more creedance to the scouting networks of the clubs you mentioned than your opinions on the player. In addition, your mates dad is a scout at West Brom, the club who signed Mattock? Thats hardly a glowing commendation. I still feel theres more to come from Schlupp. Fair enough, Pearson prefers Konchesky this season, clearly wanting experience and a relatively unchanged side. The point was that some clubs will have excellent scouting networks that get it right more often than not, whilst some won't. Swansea for instance, interested in Schlupp, have signed some great players over the years, and not top of the radar for many. Michu and Bony are two good examples. Don't know what the 'debate' is about, don't care but Bony was being targeted by Chelsea for quite a long time so that doesn't stand up, although I agree that Swansea have found some cracking players for cheap.
