Yeh I enjoyed it, some of the voice acting is pretty awful but a decent experience overall. I got the 'good' ending anyway. I've downloaded 11:11 which is apparently by the same developer and supposed to be decent.

 

Also finally TLOU Pt 1 is on PS Plus tomorrow. Looking forward to playing it, just didn't want to pay for it as it's a shameless cash grab.

LOZ: Echoes of Wisdom. Intriguing and very charming so far! Just reached a proper dungeon as well which was a pleasant surprise.

 

Interested to see how combat will be once I get further in the game. Can already tell scrolling through the echoes could become a bit of a chore.

How can it be a cash grab to pay for one of the best games ever made? Story wise, probably only RDR2 beats it.

Any of ya'll get into Hell Let Loose? I picked it up on PC a few weeks ago. Really fun WW2 FPS game, and it's not just your run of the mill COD/Battlefield game, either. It really emphasizes squad based team work, and there's a command/leadership structure that provides a lot more strategy than any FPS game i've played before.

Revisiting Prey after chatting about it on here a few weeks ago. 

 

Really one of my favourite games of the last decade. I get Immersive Sim games are a bit niche these days, but this game was massively mishandled by the publisher and wasn't half as successful as it should've been. 

 

Shame Arkane Austin were dissolved by Microsoft. Was buzzing for a sequel... Or even a 3rd Dishonored game.

I played it with the intention of being as linea as possible so only really played the main missions. I got bogged down in the extra stuff at my first two attempts and never finished it.

Just started mount and blade bannerlords on xbox gamepass. It's a bit complex for an old one like me but I'm enjoying it so far.

Started on Dead Space. Never played it but always heard good things about it. Only 1 hour in, i have the plasma cutter and i am removing the limbs off these random monsters. I can see myself really enjoy this game.

It's quality.  The second one is even better.

 

The final boss on the original was definitely a  moment as it had never been done before in a game at that point.

 

DS3 went all out coop and it lost the scares of the original.  DS2 struck a decent balance which is why for me it is the best game in the series.  Callisto Protocol was such a let down when it was released although I still persevered.

 

Play Dead Space on highest difficulty settings, quality.

Been playing WWE 2K24, since it was one of the free games this month.

 

Other than the arcadey 2K Battle Grounds, I haven't played a wrestling game in a long time.

 

I don't know many of the wrestlers, except for the old school ones.

 

I like the variety of the different match types. Still trying to learn the moves, rather than just button mashing kick and punch

What a game Dead Space is. Love the variety of weapons, though ive kinda stuck to the same 4 weapons throughout. Im about 80% through the game. Been doing a lot of backtracking in order to open doors i couldnt access before. So im fully kitted out
