Soar Fox Posted 5 May 2015 Share Posted 5 May 2015 A man who sits in front of us reckons he could have played for England He definitely had potential when he was coming through our academy. Bad advice and a bad group of friends have been his downfall. My mate gave him a slap a few year back. Mattock put a price on his head He doesn't go out in Leicester without a lad who he pays to look after him.
Stevosevic Posted 5 May 2015 Share Posted 5 May 2015 He must be odds on to be bankrupt when he retires. Seems the type to spunk all his money.

He should have stayed here for his career. Could easily be on 300 games like King.

Get real guys, you wont be signing Nicky! if he does leave, which he wont! then he'll go to a much bigger club than you! in truth your nothing but a bog standard championship club if that! how long have you been in this division? 5 minutes and you already think your the man utd of the league! you can go on about history all you want but its exactly that HISTORY! it means nothing, it doesnt change the fact that your still a small fish in English footballs second tier let alone the prem! maynard will take 1 look at you lot and run a mile!!!! faggotts!!! Soar Fox Posted 6 May 2015 Share Posted 6 May 2015 TBF he was partly right. We didn't sign Nicky, he did go to a bigger club (West Ham) we did turn out to be a bog standard championship team that season.
kingcarr21 Posted 7 May 2015 Share Posted 7 May 2015 I wasnt on Foxestalk when the Nicky Maynard started. Just had a quick read of some of the pages. Oh dear. This post made me laugh Maynard. Talismanic striker, our best hope of getting into the Prem, best English player outside the Prem, and one of the best inside it too.Maynard will be at the next world cup.Best English strikers?RooneyDefoeBentMaynardCrouchOwen, Carroll, Campbell don't excite me at all, Would pick Maynard ahead of Crouch too, who resembles head on a stick to me. Did anyone see how good he was at the world cup
Guest Posted 7 May 2015 Share Posted 7 May 2015 has it been mentioned that Bournemouth's ground only holds 11,700 and their average attendance is 10,500. Disgraceful for a prem team.
Guest Posted 7 May 2015 Share Posted 7 May 2015 So will Dyer be sold again and never reachthe Prem? I bet he wished he'd stayed at City.

Oldham Athletic had an average attendance of about 12'000 in the very first Premier League season and the season after that. And remember that a club like Luton once played in Division One. Soar Fox Posted 7 May 2015 Share Posted 7 May 2015 So will Dyer be sold again and never reachthe Prem? I bet he wished he'd stayed at City. Probably get released I imagine. He certainly would have played more games for us this season than he has at Watford & Birmingham. All them years of trying and the one shot he had at premiership football and he chucked it away for a longer contract.
Stevosevic Posted 7 May 2015 Share Posted 7 May 2015 Surely Dyer will just go out on loan the next two seasons? He won't want to walk away from his last decent contract.

All them years of trying and the one shot he had at premiership football and he chucked it away for a longer contract. Doesn't he still have 2 years left on his contract? Agree. I'm actually glad he didn't sign the 1 year contract but if he had he'd have got more games than he got at Watford. He'd also have stunted the growth of a couple of other players without any gain for LCFC. NP was proven right to only offer 1 year. Dyer was a fool not to enjoy the opportunity before returning to the championship.
Soar Fox Posted 7 May 2015 Share Posted 7 May 2015 Couldn't he be offered some money to terminate his contract early? If not he'll probably end up on loan to a newly promoted championship team or even league 1. Your right he should have had at least 1 season with us in the premiership especially after staying and working so hard for us over the past 6 years. Corky Posted 7 May 2015 Share Posted 7 May 2015 has it been mentioned that Bournemouth's ground only holds 11,700 and their average attendance is 10,500. Disgraceful for a prem team. Is it relevant? The ground meets the regulations, safe and the pitch seems absolutely fine.
Fox92 Posted 7 May 2015 Share Posted 7 May 2015 I met Nicky Maynard in the casino a few months back. We had a good conversation actually, he seemed like a decent guy. He said the rumours/news about him coming here weren't even true.
