kingfox Posted 19 August 2014 Share Posted 19 August 2014 Charlton are shit, Charlton are , Charlton suck because Lamby supports them. Stop being fookin childish, Charlton have brought pretty well this season, and in Igor Vetokele they have one hell of a decent striker. Charlton for promotion

ealingfox Posted 19 August 2014 Share Posted 19 August 2014 Lloyd Dyer reacted to scoring Watford's first goal at Rotherham by running over to his bench and appearing to give manager Beppe Sannino abuse. The former West Brom player reacted first to Adam Collin's parried save from Odion Jude Ighalo's shot. Gianni Munari made sure of the points with a late second but the main talking point was Dyer's reaction to scoring. Hornets boss Sannino played down the incident, and said: "I didn't see it. But his celebration was normal." Former Watford defender David Holdsworth was watching the game for BBC Three Counties Radio:"Lloyd Dyer slotted home from a few yards and then his reaction was to elude his team-mates and give verbal abuse to his manager. It's not really what you want to see but there's a lot of emotions in football.

Dan LCFC Posted 19 August 2014 Share Posted 19 August 2014 Forest top after three games. Didn't that happen last year? You'd have thought they'd learned by now. But fair play. That is a very impressive victory. Not many teams will win there this year, especially after falling behind in the second half.

We'll do it when it comes around We're actually starting to look like a solid team out there, just need a new striker and centre middy and we'll be all sorted. ADK Posted 20 August 2014 Share Posted 20 August 2014 When you look at Forests team they are pretty strong. Loads of proven top championship players and no obvious boat rockers, only weakness is an unproven manager and an unpredictable owner.

Fez of Mahrez Posted 20 August 2014 Share Posted 20 August 2014 We should make a season loan bid for Lloyd. I was thinking this too. Ridiculous situation. He has got to be regretting his decision, which sounded strangely childish from the interview the other day.

teblin Posted 20 August 2014 Share Posted 20 August 2014 Lloyd was obviously made promises by Watford, longer contract and regular football. At the moment the later isn't happening. He probably feels like he made a mistake at the moment. To be fair with everyone fit at city he would've been 4th choice. It may work out for him in the end, I hope it does as he served us well while he was here. We could've done with him in the squad on Saturday. Super_horns Posted 20 August 2014 Share Posted 20 August 2014 He did say the other day he hadn't talked to the manager very much. Like you say Dyer might have been promised a starting spot and showing his frustration at not getting one. TBF He's done pretty well when on the pitch so probably got a point. Until Mr Pearce brought two subs on and changed the formation at half time we'd barely had a kick never mind a shot on goal. The difference in the end was Fryatt and Assombalonga took both their chances when they got them.
