His is not dominant physically and whilst that isn't a problem in the Croatian league, or even in the Europa League Rijeka has been playing in two years in a row, there are some matches where Andrej gets marked tightly which shuts him out of the game. Standard v Rijeka (2-0) is a great example - Laurent Ciman marked Kramaric that night and whoscored ranked him third worst player of the night. Ciman was physically dominant. I'm not saying he can't deal with strong defenders, but I am wondering what would happen in a partly realistic scenario where Kramaric starts 5 games in a row (for LCFC it would be Villa, Stoke, ManU, Palace and Arsenal) and spends more time on the floor than in possession. Here's hoping that won't happen, but as I said, although he is a fine player with brilliant technique, I'm wondering what he can do on a cold rainy night in Stoke as you lot put it. And Balaban then was nowhere near Kramaric's level, Andrej is 10 times better in every aspect of the game, they're not even similar types of strikers. Back then Dinamo knew their transfer business, they've managed to sell all kinds of players for way more then they're worth, including Balaban to Villa. They sold Lovren to Lyon for 7 million pounds, and then he wasn't THAT good even for our league, had a dreadful start for Lyon and was mocked like nowadays in Liverpool.
