The Bedfordshire-born defender made just two appearances for City at the end of the 1973-74 season as he filled in for Malcolm Munro at centre-half.
He caught the attention of City during his days at hometown club Arlesey Town, earning his first professional contract with the Foxes, but those two appearances were not enough to see him warrant more first-team action thereafter.
He did forge out a decent career in the Football League after his stint with City, however, with clubs including Torquay United and Brentford.
