Arriving at Fosse from north of the border with Hibernian, the Scotsman was a left-half that spent just one season in Leicestershire and played just 14 matches.
He started his career with Newton Thistle before moving to Edinburgh and a move to Leicester was a first venture into English football. He had, however, only made one appearance in top-flight Scottish football, making his signature somewhat of a gamble.
He couldn't cement s regular starting role, however, and a move back to Scotland after his spell with Leicester was reported on his departure from the club.
